Our experience: A shower tub ordered through the webshop and should have been delivered a few days after the pre-order (payment of the full amount), but it was not. The delivery date was postponed five times within four months, and then the product was removed from the webshop without anyone notifying us. We waited a month for the requested refund, without any explanation from their side.

in this branch it is not known which worker drinks and which pays. We came to the branch for 3 days in a row because first we received a call that the ordered goods had arrived from the central warehouse in Zagreb, so we came 1 time and the worker told us that the goods would not arrive until tomorrow after 4 p.m. over the call, that he did not look but guessed that the goods had arrived "morale towards the customer and the business 0 points" they came to us the next day, so they told us that one part of the ordered goods had arrived, and the other would arrive on Friday. it is better to go personally to the head office in zagreb than to struggle here with workers who don't care about customer satisfaction. if you don't feel like working, look for another job that suits you.
